Kamara, Stalisma 2021

Kamara are a winery which we absolutely love at Vinebud. Based out of Thessaloniki, Greece, they believe in minimal intervention from grape to glass. Guided by nature and inspired by 2000 year old traditions, they produce incredibly pure wines simply from soil, grape and sun. Stalisma 2021 is made from a blend of 80% Malgousia and 20% Xinomavro. Super bright, aromatic and refreshing, it's the wine you want to reach for on a hot summer's day. Flavours of pear and citrus mingle with some great notes of white blossom and zesty apple. Medium-bodied with a bright acidity, it's a great wine to pair with fried fish.
